Our Story
Come as a guest.Leave as a friend.

The story of a small spa by the Tam Coc boat wharf - and the village of careful hands behind it.
A village of careful hands
Our spa stands a few steps from the Tam Coc boat wharf, in Van Lam - a village that has lived by the patience of its hands for over seven hundred years. Long before travelers came for the boat rides through the karsts, Van Lam was famous across Vietnam for hand embroidery: tiny stitches, steady fingers, hours of quiet focus passed down from mothers to daughters.
We grew up here believing that care is something you can see. In a stitch. In a perfectly painted nail. In the way tea is poured for a guest before a single word is spoken.

The promise on the sign
When our founder - a Van Lam local, raised minutes from where the boats set off - opened this spa, she knew she couldn’t promise the biggest rooms in Tam Coc or the fanciest menu. She could promise one thing, and keep it every single day: that everyone who walked through the door would be treated like a friend coming home.
So she put that promise on the sign. “Friendly” isn’t a marketing word we chose - it’s the standard we hold each other to, from the first hair wash at 8 in the morning to the last foot massage at 11 at night. Our favorite sentence in every review is some version of the same thing: “as friendly as the name suggests.”
Built for the way you travel
Tam Coc is a place you explore with your whole body. Two hours in a rowing boat under the limestone cliffs. A bicycle between rice paddies. Five hundred steps up Mua Cave for one photograph. By evening, your shoulders and calves have stories to tell.
That’s where we come in. A slow massage that undoes the day. Fresh nails for the rest of your trip. A relaxing hair wash while rain drifts over the karsts. Lashes done gently while you doze. Whatever brings you in, you’ll leave lighter than you came - and you’ll know exactly what it costs before we begin.

The price on the menu is the full price of your treatment - no surprises on the bill. Tips are a gift, never a rule.
We check in during every massage. Stronger, softer, slower - just say the word.
Come back tomorrow and we’ll remember your name - and how you take your tea.
Steps from the ferry terminal, open 8AM-11PM daily. Perfect after the boat, the bike, or the 500 steps of Mua Cave.
